Frame are offering another series of fantastic “Frame on the Move” classes this January, held at various locations across Shoreditch. At the stylish Lyst HQ, you can work on your downward dog and flexibility with some Power Yoga, or get your sweat on with a Frame Signature class. At the Ace Hotel, you can work off those Christmas carbs with some Cardio Conditioning or Boxfit. All classes are £15 and promise to get you into shape for the new year. Dance – Beyoncé Workshop
