Bored of your same old gym routine? Losing the motivation to go to yet another yoga class? Why not try something new!?
Switching up your workout routine is really important, especially if you want to see results. Your body can often become comfortable and content, which can also result in boredom and lack of motivation. Exercise should not only keep you fit and healthy, but also, happy!
Luckily, thanks to a recent surge in popularity, fitness hot-spots are popping up all over the place. Each of them has something unique to offer, and they may just give you the motivation you need to stay healthy this winter. Here are just a few of our favourite fitness studios in London:
We love Frame! Not only do they offer awesome classes and workshops at their two sites in Shoreditch and Queen’s Park, but Frame also have their very own little store. They sell everything from workout/yoga clothing, to the best health food brands around, including Chi Coconut Oil! ☺
Frame’s range of classes includes “Frame Signature Classes” which are unique studio based classes, designed to give you “incredible results without having to spend your life at the gym.” They also offer regular weekend/holiday dance workshops, which give you the chance to dance like Beyonce, shake your booty like Nicki Minaj, or to learn the iconic moves of Michael Jackson.

Gymbox’s open-plan layout, multi-coloured tube lighting, touch screen timetables and DJ booth, make it pretty much the coolest gym we’ve ever seen! They also sell a few, essential gym products behind reception, including Chi 100% Pure Coconut Water. Perfect for some post-workout hydration.
Gymbox currently have 5 gyms around London, with a new one opening in Old Street. They offer an extensive range of classes including Pole Dancing, Tone ‘n’ Twerk, Ragga Dancehall and Yoga Rave… that’s right, a yoga class in rave gear, with glowsticks and laser lightning. Amazing!
Gymbox also have boxing rings and frame equipment where a lot of classes take place, including Muay Thai and TRX (Navy Seal style workout), which are suitable for everyone!

Tip: If you’re looking for something a little more spiritual, why not try Tai Chi? We hear Soho Gyms offer a great one! (http://www.sohogyms.com/)
Stay healthy, stay happy and have a great weekend. ☺
