Vegan breakfast pancakes made in coconut oil

We love healthy breakfasts! Last weekend we made delicious vegan pancakes in Chi Coconut Oil.

For the base you just need to mix 1 banana, 1 tbsp coconut flour and a dash of almond milk. Whisk or blend all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Heat Chi Coconut Oil in a frying pan and ladle in one portion at a time. Cook for a couple of minutes on each side or until golden brown and serve with your favorite topping. We ate them with pink guava, cacao nibs, raw honey and Chi 100% Pure Coconut Water on the side.
