Healthy winter drinks

When the weather is cold outside there is nothing quite like curling up with a warm drink. Rather than heading to your nearest coffee shop and picking up an option laden with calories or topped with cream, why not try one of these delicious healthy winter drinks?

Chi Dairy Free Chocolate Coconut Milk

Our Chocolate Coconut Milk is delicious cold but did you know you can heat it up for a dairy free hot chocolate? The Milk has added chicory fibre making it prebiotic, which aids in digestion. One cup of coconut milk contains protein, good fats, fibre, vitamins B, C and E and is a rich source of potassium, selenium, calcium and iron. Warm it on the hob or pop it in the microwave to heat through.


Our friends over at Hasslachers create delicious 100% Colombian drinking chocolate.   The Solid Bar Drinking Chocolate is 100% cacao making it dairy free and suitable for vegans.  Try mixing it with our Natural Chi Coconut Milk for a healthy chocolate drink this winter.

Hot water with lemon

This old classic is a favourite at Chi HQ.  The refreshing drink is ideal for warming you up, or add some honey to the mixture to help with a cold.  This low calorie drink is full of vitamin C, which will leave you feeling healthier and more able to fight off the winter sicknesses doing the rounds.
