British Military Fitness 

British Military Fitness classes take place in the great outdoors in parks throughout the UK. Every BMF class is different, caters for all fitness levels, and our military-trained instructors guarantee results. Participants will be challenged, motivated, and above all, have serious fun.

FloatFit 

The FloatFit HIIT class is a 30 minute workout including burpees, lunges, squats, aquaclimbers, v-sits…. all on water! This low impact, cross training class gives you a fun full body workout. 

Rave Aerobics

This is the one to go to if you can’t wait for the weekend to start: an explosion of energetic dance and rave moves to uplifting music with laser light show and glow sticks. 

Voga 

A fusion of Yoga and Voguing  combining  the breath synchronised moves of yoga with the expressive moves of a dance class. This is for those who like the idea of yoga but want a cardio workout without losing the holistic benefits and focus. 

Hula Fit

Hooping is known to be a fantastic way to tone that troublesome tummy area, but there are many other benefits that can be gained from spinning the humble hoop, namely improved strength, coordination and calorie burning.

Frame on the Move

Frame are offering another series of fantastic “Frame on the Move” classes this January, held at various locations across Shoreditch. At the stylish Lyst HQ, you can work on your downward dog and flexibility with some Power Yoga, or get your sweat on with a Frame Signature class. At the Ace Hotel, you can work off those Christmas carbs with some Cardio Conditioning or Boxfit. All classes are £15 and promise to get you into shape for the new year. You’ll also receive free goodies from the likes of Chi and Popchips. Bonus!

If, like us, you’ve seen the latest performance of cirque de soleil at the Royal Albert Hall, and now want to look as good as their multi-talented, hula hoop-er, then we’ve got just the thing for you; “Hula Fit!London Fields Fitness Studio offer drop-in classes on a Thursday and Friday, describing Hula Fit as “hula-hooping-based fitness for killer abs, tight bums, and general gorgeousness. “ Sounds perfect!

Boomcycle

According to their website, Boomcycle = “Bike. Beats. BOOM!” Their classes are dynamic, high-energy and suitable for all. Their lights are turned down low, and the music up high, in this immersive experience that promises to help you reach your fitness goals. Sessions can be booked online.

Dance – Beyoncé Workshop

Frame’s famous Beyonce Workshop is back! This is your chance to learn how to dance like the Queen of Pop herself, whilst working up a killer body. Workshops run for two hours at both of Frame’s locations in Shoreditch and Queen’s Park. More information can be found here: Beyonce Workshop

We love Frame! Not only do they offer awesome classes and workshops at their two sites in Shoreditch and Queen’s Park, but Frame also have their very own little store. They sell everything from workout/yoga clothing, to the best health food brands around, including Chi Coconut Oil! ☺

Frame’s range of classes includes “Frame Signature Classes” which are unique studio based classes, designed to give you “incredible results without having to spend your life at the gym.” They also offer regular weekend/holiday dance workshops, which give you the chance to dance like Beyonce, shake your booty like Nicki Minaj, or to learn the iconic moves of Michael Jackson.

Gymbox
Gymbox’s open-plan layout, multi-coloured tube lighting, touch screen timetables and DJ booth, make it pretty much the coolest gym we’ve ever seen! They also sell a few, essential gym products behind reception, including Chi 100% Pure Coconut Water. Perfect for some post-workout hydration.

Gymbox currently have 5 gyms around London, with a new one opening in Old Street. They offer an extensive range of classes including Pole Dancing, Tone ‘n’ Twerk, Ragga Dancehall and Yoga Rave… that’s right, a yoga class in rave gear, with glowsticks and laser lightning. Amazing!

Gymbox also have boxing rings and frame equipment where a lot of classes take place, including Muay Thai and TRX (Navy Seal style workout), which are suitable for everyone!
