Tofu Salad with
Coconut Oil

Here is the recipe:

Serves 2

Ingredientes:

1 tbsp Chi Coconut Oil

1/2 package extra-firm tofu, drained and diced

1 large courgette, sliced

2 handfuls mixed salad

1/2 cucumber, sliced

20 cherry tomatoes

1 avocado, sliced

1 tsp pumpkin seeds

1 tsp sunflower seeds

1 tsp hemp seeds

Sea salt & pepper

 

Instructions:

1. Heat the Chi Coconut Oil on a medium-high heat in the pan for 5 minutos;

2. Add the tofu and the courgette to the pan and season with sea salt & pepper. Cook for 20 minutes;

3. In the meantime make a salad with the remaining ingredientes;

4. Mix the tofu and courgette with the salad and enjoy!
